Finishing that Delivers - Smart Solutions for Performance

When it comes to finishing, the smallest details can make the biggest difference. Take a 6-panel, photo-intensive self-mailer printed on glossy stock with heavy ink coverage. It looks stunning on press, but once folding begins, cracks in the ink can appear along the folds, and the panels may not align perfectly. The result: a sloppy presentation, difficult envelope insertion, and even potential USPS rejection if the piece doesn’t lie flat.

Our approach to finishing is all about finesse: scoring before folding, adjusting panel sizes to match fold tolerances, and using fold-friendly coatings. By fine-tuning each step, we ensure the final product is professional, functional, and mail ready.
