Envelope Styles and Sizes
Envelopes may be printed on the outside or inside. The printing may include addresses, logos, advertising or decoration. The required printing quality for all of these applications ranges from fine lithography to simple flexography.
Allied Envelope offers 1-4 color lithography when quality is essential in your printing requirements. Flexo printing is available for those high volume jobs where low costs are important. Your Allied representative will assist you in determining what best fits your printing needs.
Commercial Envelopes are produced from a variety of paper grades such as white wove, brown kraft and more recently recycled woves. They are commonly used for business and personal correspondence.

Window Envelopes are produced from the same paper grades as commercial envelopes and can be used for a variety of applications such as invoices and statements. They come in both standard and special sizes. Our standard and custom window section describes which best suits your needs.

Baronial/Announcement Envelopes both come in a variety of paper grades, colors and finishes. These are used traditionally for announcements, brochures and promotional pieces.

Booklet Envelopes are stocked in both white wove or brown kraft. Other paper grades are available upon request. These envelopes are used for high volume mailings such as bank statements or direct mail that may require inserting equipment.

Bangtail
